We're a family-owned HVAC company serving Katy and Greater Houston — heating, cooling, and air quality, done carefully and explained plainly. Same family answers the phone, same crew shows up at your door.

Our story

Started in a garage. Stayed honest.

LGS HVAC Inc. began as a one-truck operation out of a Katy garage. The model was simple: show up when you say you will, give a real price, do clean work, stand behind it. That model is still the whole company.

We grew the way HVAC companies are supposed to grow — one referral at a time. The same families we installed systems for ten years ago are calling us back for their kid's first house. The crew that started in the garage still does the install walkthrough on every new system.

Quality work at a fair price, delivered by people you can actually reach. We're real neighbors, not a corporate call center — when you call us, you get someone who knows your system and will stand behind every job we put our name on.

Quote it before we touch it

The price you get on the estimate is the price you pay on the invoice. If we hit a real surprise mid-job, we stop and call — you decide before we move ahead.

Size it right, install it clean

A Manual J load calc is the difference between a system that limps along for 8 years and one that purrs for 18. We do the math before we pick the equipment.

Pick up the phone

Same number, same family, fifteen years. If something goes sideways with a system we put in, you call us — not a 1-800 dispatcher who has never been to your house.

Katy is home. Greater Houston is the route.

Emergency / 24-7

If your A/C is out in August or your heat is out in January, we'll pick up after hours and quote a same-night response if you're inside the service ring.

Light commercial

Small offices, retail spaces, restaurants, dental practices — rooftop units, split systems, package units. Quote within 48 hours.
